Six men standing in the commons area at the school

Nick DiFelice’s HVAC Craft Advisory Committee members recently visited the Niagara Career and Technical Education Center to do “mock interviews” with the students.

The advisors interviewed each student, and reviewed their resume / portfolio and critiqued their interview skills, which were then shared with each student. “We had very good feedback from the advisors, who said our students were very professional and interviewed very well, compared to other schools where they have done this,” says DiFelice.  “It was nice for the students to get some real-world experience and learn where they are strong, or what they need to work on. A couple students have already secured formal interviews from this experience!”

Thank you to all our Craft Advisory Committee members who volunteered their time to help our students get ready for preparing for their careers!
